Solid communication prior to my arrival. All new patient paperwork was done electronically. There was no clipboard to navigate in the waiting room. I was taken on time (early, actually.) Hygienist Patty was polite and professional. She communicated effectively without being overwhelming; she explained what she was and what was coming next. Dr. Stephanie Hoyos at Hoyos and Pinto Dentistry is truly one of a kind. Her background is so impressive because she started her career as a dental hygienist before becoming a dentist, which gives her a unique and well-rounded understanding of patient care. She is both incredibly smart and genuinely compassionate, and I honestly cannot tell which quality stands out more. This place does a great job generally with their services and their attitude, but also specifically for different clients with different schedules and needs (including kids). You feel very well-attended to from start to finish, but not in an excessive or over-priced atmosphere. This goes for the staff and the dentists. Parking is easy and the office amenities seem nice + new. I plan to come back here indefinitely for myself and my family.
