My experience renting at Hoylake was negative primarily due to the management team. Here are the reasons why: 1. The individuals who manage the buildings are not professional. They are inconsistent with their policies (one manager will tell you one thing, the other, another thing). For example, on moving in I was told to hang pictures, tv on the wall as they would repaint once I move out. When I organized the walk through preparing to move out, another manager said the contrary and said they definitely would not be painting.... read more
