Unfortunately, I would not recommend renting from Realstar in Victoria. I will say the building managers have always been lovely at Hoylake Apartments. When the driver of a vehicle had a stroke and drove into the building, my suite was included in the damage. My suite actually shared a wall with the side of the building the driver drove into. I was home at the time of the incident which was quite traumatic! I reached out to the District Manager (Brandon) twice via email with concerns asking to move suites and did not receive... read more
