As a couple of anxious, ambivalent, scared-as-hell first-time buyers, Jennifer was exactly what we needed. She's kind and funny and unfailingly patient. She understands the vagaries of the Austin market and can spot a potemkin a mile away--she's not afraid to tell you when you should run. She never tried to sell us a house--she listened to what we wanted, guided us gently away from pretty pigs in lipstick, and always had our backs. Eternally grateful.
I worked with this group back in June. I was convinced by Jennifer that she would be the best fit to support me and as soon as I signed the agreement, I was immediately transferred over to someone else. Ultimately, I felt like my best interest wasn’t factored in and felt emotionally pressured to make a decision else, I’ll lose out on what was touted at the time as an amazing deal which at this point is just average at best.
