Love the dentist. He’s so very warm and welcoming. However the hygienist department could use some work. Andrea, specifically started off being “nice” but during my appointment, she became rude and was far from gentle. I’ve never had an issue inputting requests while getting my teeth cleaned, and for some odd reason, Andrea felt the need to make me deal with my concern versus hearing me out and helping me. The receptionist was very rude, and Dr. Howl was also somewhat rude and seemed very rushed throughout the appointment. He didn’t give much detail about my procedure and appeared irritated by the questions I asked as a first-time patient. At one point, he attempted to poke me without warning, which made me jump once I realized what was happening. After that, he became upset, walked out, and said he would refer me somewhere else. Dr Howl is a fantastic dentist. Very energetic and knowledgeable. Truly cares about his patients and makes them feel as comfortable as possible All of his dental hygienist are amazing as well Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I’ve been going there almost 20 years. Wow!!
They are so personable and make you feel at home. Dr. Howl is amazing and very knowledgeable in everything he does.
