System is running now. Seems to be cooling correctly. Mr. Tinsley was courteous and effective.
My mom’s ac went out, so I called Howell’s and they scheduled us within a few hours, gave us a 30 minute notice as I requested, were there exactly when they said they would be, and Matt was great! He was so personable and professional and told us everything he was going to do, did and why. I highly recommend Howell’s!
They do a good job.I feel like I can trust them to do what say.Matt does a good job and I trust him to what he says.He it fix some we would have air until he come and fix with the right part!!!!
