We placed a service call for lack of heat. I spoke with a professional and courteous dispatcher (sorry I did not get her name)who set me up for a service call the next day. I received a call from a delightful young lady who identified herself as Lacy. She was polite and courteous asking if I would like to have the tech come that evening. It did not fit my schedule so I just kept my appointment. Today, I was called by another dispatcher to see if the tech could come by earlier than our scheduled time.
