Didn’t buy the car but they responded to my inquiry.
I had the best experience at twin Pines. I’m not a person that is very social but they made me feel very comfortable there. They had the jeep already ready for me to test drive it. It was detailed and cleaned and looked beautiful. Ran wonderful. I just decided to go with another Jeep. That was there. I would recommend twin Pines to anyone their service there is awesome.
Kyler at Howell dealership was very helpful. He was willing to work with us making a two and a half hour drive to look at this truck. We ended up buying it! I know that I’m going to love running around town is this beautiful truck. Thank you Howell motors.
The car was listed on their website but was told that car was not available.
Got my own financing and scheduled my appointment to buy the truck and they sold it the day before. Could we have done a deposit to hold the vehicle? I don't know. Good communication and execution of a developed plan will lead to happy customers.

I set up an appointment with a sales person. I indicated I would be driving 90 minutes, close to 100 miles one way . I asked to be notified if the car sold . I was not . The sales person claims she emailed me to notify me. I never received an email even though I got all her other emails. .Poor customer service.
Great dealership, highly recommend. Doug Goodrow/GSM was straight forward on the deal, no games.
