Small town dealership=huge benefits. Their service department went above and beyond with a navigation software issue that Ford motor company navigation should’ve taken care of and wouldn’t. They even cut us a check for 100% of the price we paid for the software update. Something they did not have to do since it had nothing to do with them at all. We have bought all our Ford vehicles from Howell Motors. When you can go into a dealership and feel like you received a great price, that is Howell Motors. The service and parts department are given the highest marks possible. This is the place to buy you next vehicle!
you sold me a 2009 Eddie Bauer Explorer in 2016. it had multiple problems none of which your service manager would honor on the warranty. This service manager is the absolute worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. As I stated in 2016, I would be buying a NEW F150 in 2019. That time is now. very friendly and professional.
Went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation...came out with brand new tires bc the ones I had were not safe...thanks for being responsible and making me aware.
The service department was excellent. I had purchased my car from another dealer and I got a recall. I called Howell and said I didn't buy from them, but I had a recall they said no problem. I set up an appt they said probably and hour it was actually less tine and I was treated with respect, I would recommend them for service.
