Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Yes Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Yes, they should have been more gentle Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Kind of, but it could have been better
