The office manager is very rude and the staff there does not let you know when the doctors are running late. This happens all the time! For all of you out there, go to a different place, they are rude and condescending, you can be waiting for 3 hours in that office. Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes
They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Do not go here, pick a different dentist. After turning 18, I needed to find a new dentist because I could no longer see my pediatric dentist. Not knowing any better I picked Howell Family Dental because of the convenient loation. I was a patient for 9 years. I have excellent dental covereage and I feel they took advantage of this. Everytime 6 months they made me take x-rays even for just cleaning visits with no problems. They recommended getting a ton of "fillings" and pushed the silver fillings versus the white.
