Today was my initial visit to Heritage Dental for what I thought was going to be a tooth extraction. I had lost a cap while traveling and was told by the out-of-town dentist that the tooth could not be saved. Elissa, the dental tech, was very understanding and did not make me feel that I had to be apologetic for my dental problem. We discussed future issues and she made me feel like this was the place that I needed to be to get the dental care that I needed.
