1.You can always get an appointment 2.If there is an emergency you can get an a Appointment the same day or the next day 3. Someone will ALWAYS calls you back even after Hours, and on weekends 4. Everyone is very friendly and competent 5. The office is always clean, the staff are extra careful to prevent cross contamination 6 I have never had to wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes even for an emergency visit

I had been avoiding going to a dentist in Florida for several years. I developed a fear during this time and it took an abscess to motivate me back to treatment. I had such a good experience at Heritage Dental. They took me right away, the staff is the best, so caring and quick to respond to your needs. Everyone is extremely professional. I highly recommend Dr.Cohrn and his practice.
