I cannot say enough about how excellent the customer service was from Howe. I have had about $10,000.00 invested in the last two years for furnace/ac replacement, hot water heater replacement, and water conditioner replacement. Had a great experience with Howe Inc! Arrived on time and was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. He had to replace a pipe and fix the faucet in our shower. The technician was professional and also cleaned up after himself. I will call again if I have any additional plumbing issues arise.
We had an issue with our AC during the intense heat of the summer. I called Howe, they were out within a day, recognized the issue as needing a new damper and fixed it. Very happy with the prompt service and knowledgeable technicians. I've used them in the past as well and will continue to do so in the future.

I have always had Howe for my heating and air conditioning repair and Maintenance but recently a contractor left me stranded during my kitchen remodeling and backed out of the job. Howe came in the next day and finished the job of venting my gas stove and dryer. I was so thankful and admire how far they went to help me. I would recommend them to anyone.
I am doing a bathroom remodel at my rental unit. The plumber had been very understanding with me not having a lot of knowledge about everything involved. Also added the sink demo and they had no problem with this; Terri said I will get a new work order and set up a time.
I called Howe about my AC unit being so load so they came out and service the unit. The AC unit is a lot quieter and running much better. Great service and would highly recommend them for all you plumbing and heating needs.
