I wanted to get our humidifier working again and another place was scheduling out 6 weeks for that kind of issue. Howe had someone there the next afternoon and explained the options - went and got the part and fixed it promptly.
Our furnace was not working correctly. We called Howe and they came and figured out we needed a new thermostat. He didn't have one on his truck so went and picked one up came right back and replaced it. He also inspected the furnace and reassured us it was in good working order. Definately would recommend Howe

Our furnace stopped working about 2 days before the first winter storm. Howe got us on the schedule the same day I called. When the tech came and determined it was the motor, which my husband can get at his company, the tech waited for my husband to bring the motor (20 minutes), got it prepped for when it arrived and had it installed super quick. He even stayed a little later than his scheduled work hours to help us out. He was personable, kind, and honest.
On time, friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend them to any one in need. And, they happily accepted my American express card!
It was the first cold day of the year, yet Howe got a technician to us the very next day. Besides the punctuality, professionalism, and clean-up, what impressed me most was their honesty. A bird had gotten into our furnace somehow. The technician removed the bird and we were up and running. There was absolutely no attempt to sell me on parts or other things I didn't need. Very trustworthy and I will definitely use Howe Inc. again!
Had to call Howe Inc for some emergency service on a Saturday and Mike came out and fixed the leak and was great to work with! Great customer service!
The technician arrived on the day and time that was scheduled. He was extremely professional and explained the condition of my furnace and water heater and verified that both are in good shape.
