We had a phenomenal time and a terrific guide. This is the 3rd set of caverns we've been in in the last 18 months. By far the best experience. The boat ride in the caverns was the icing on the cake!

We had a great time. I haven't been to Howes Caverns since the late '80s. This was my sons first time. Our guide was amazing. I can't remember her name. She was very informative and had a great sense of humor. I can't wait to visit again.
First time ever at a cavern yesterday. Had a great time
The cavern itself was cool to see and our tour guide was friendly. However, the tour felt a bit cheesy and over the top, when they could have focused on the natural beauty of the cavern. The biggest issue was waiting in line for the tour. We were told the wait would be 1-1.5 hours, but we stood in line for at least 2 hours outside in the heat, which sucked. Also, they allow big groups to "cut," which put our line on hold at least twice to accommodate two large groups, which delayed us 15-20 minutes per group. It's unfortunat... read more
