I recently took a machine in for repair. I called once to check on it and he said he was waiting for parts. He told me when it would be done and I drove over and it was done. He said he felt bad that it cost $50 because he found a few more things to fix. My old machine now works like a dream and the cost was soooo reasonable. The shop is not at all tidy, but the owner seems to know where everything is. He was friendly and carried the machine out to my car without my asking. Nice man! I'm very happy!
