We had a terrible experience at Howard's! He was fast but didn't fix our vehicle properly. It had a front end collision which required them to replace something with the air conditioning. At one point, my wife called to check on the vehicle and was told that it would be ready shortly, he sent it out to get the air conditioner recharged. The air was never right and eventually stopped altogether. We called and they said we would have to get it recharged.
