When I checked in the ER did not update to my new address,
This has to be the WORST hospital I’ve ever been to. Outpatient is ok but things are out of order & not flowing smoothly when it comes to getting refills on medication as well as making appointments. Next, let’s talk about the inpatient. Some of my if not the worst hospital stays I’ve ever had in my life. First time, I had pneumonia they immediately put me in the ICU & that had never happened before when I’ve had pneumonia. Nurses and most of people are so rude and cold. You feel as if ur bothering them.Some were nice but a lot weren’t and I try to be as respectful as possible because I understand but this is unacceptable
This place seriously needs to be checked into the professionalism, time management, the incompetence and the dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable for a place that is here to serve the community . I am completely disgusted with the experience today. This is ridiculous that you come to get treatment and sit for hours without being seen or acknowledged. Going home in the same pain that you came in because you aren't able to be seen. This place is a joke!
