Understaffed ER with an incredibly rude police officer with the name Dixon working 3am 8/23 became aggressive with a woman who ran in out of breath asking for a wheelchair because her friend was struggling to breathe and she had said she already called 9/11, he began repeating to her to call 9/11 after she stated that's exactly what she did and as she was leaving said under his breath "that doesn't make any sense" to which the other idiot on duty laughed. Pitiful
This amazing place the people are so lovely to be honest
I've been a patient at the sleep clinic for a few years. Dr. Whitesell is a great doc, but the hospital is huge mess. In 2025, they still do NOT have online bill pay. You have to mail them a check or call in to a number. On top of that, they have a new "automated" prescription that is utterly useless. Finally, their phone system is totally byzantine. You'll call one number and get looped back repeatedly to the main line. Honestly, just don't bother.
