Had a great experience at HUH. The staff was super friendly and professional, and everything was clean and well-organized. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Big thanks to the Radiology dep.
DO NOT GO HERE We got there and were met with rude nurses and terrible service. Lobby waiting area was disgusting, pee on the floor, dirty restrooms. Many homeless people sleeping; there was even a fight while we were waiting for our results. Julia Nguyen, our “doctor”, was extremely unprofessional. After waiting for over SIX HOURS to get results from an x-ray, she handed us papers and didn’t even explain anything to us and never returned back. One rotten egg, will spoil the entire bunch. Emmanuel in radiology was anything but professional, as well as his superior Abel who aided and abetted him. After such a distraught and disrespectful interaction, you would think as manager Abel would come and make sure everything is okay. Abel did not check on myself as a guest, or my patient who is paying for his care here like many other patients.
