This place is completely ridiculous. Customer Service is below 0. You wait on hold for hours. no one picks up the phone, I'm not sure how they even have patients on their schedule. I am very upset that I HAVE to give them 1 star to write this review.
Takes forever to make an appointment on the phone and when you finally get through the woman on the phone acts as if she has the worst attitude and doesn't let you respond without talking over you then hang up in my ear. How they allow unprofessional customer service such as this is beyond me
The one star is the best I can do if they had zero Stars that's what they would get I am so tired of this place I don't even know why this clinic still exists they do not care about the people at all I've been without my blood pressure medicine and all they have been giving me is the run-around some of the doctor's are just as worse as the staff I have to find another clinic soon.
The hospital is good but very poor, disrespectful, horrible, customer service
