Miguel was honest and clear about what to expect with my carpet cleaning. He explained all my options and let me decide what worked best for me. My carpets in San Diego had lots of stains from heavy foot traffic and strong pet odors. I am very happy with the carpet cleaning service and how knowledgeable they are. They cleaned my oriental rugs, living room furniture, and white fabric dining chairs. A while back, another company told me the stains on my dining chairs couldn't be removed because of the fabric and suggested replacing it. This time, I asked Miguel if he could help, and he managed to get out all but one stain. I plan to have them come back to steam clean my floors. I couldn’t be more satisfied!
I am thrilled with the fantastic and detailed carpet cleaning done by Howard & Sons Carpet Cleaning Service. Johnathan made my carpets look like new again and took care of pet stains in two spots.
