No service after the sale unless it’s completely inconvenient..
My daughter bought a scooter from this business not even 30 days ago and it all ready needed to be serviced. She was told to have it there first thing in the morning for it to be serviced that day. After taking it she was told that they could not get to it that day so 2 days later and a missed Dr.’s appt. is UNACCEPTABLE. My daughter left with the scooter after being upset because she missed her appt. with the Dr. and is out of her med. Horrible customer service. Sat there And waited for help, they were short and minimal with answers when I asked questions. Rather go to Haigs @ 8 & Woodward!
Had my lawn tractor for 5 weeks. After several phone calls with the usual B.S. stories about getting to it "tomorrow" they said it was the starter....which is what I told them when I brought it in. But they did manage to get $75 for doing NOTHING.
