Dr. Rabassa provides the best and necessary medical care and process, and tops it off with helpful and open conversations. No significant time limits, no unavailability, he's always willing to listen and help. As you grow older, it's great to have a friendly doctor. He's one of the BEST.

Met Doctor Palmer over 15 years ago as my Father-in-law doctor at memorial regional hospital. Impressed by his knowledge, patient, compassion we made him our family doctor. We have been very happy under his care. As my acid reflex is progressing and need more attention, I trust Dr. Dean Palmer to guid me till I achieve fully recover.
Disclaimer: This rating is for the staff and not the doctor. The reason I'm putting this review is because I never got a chance to see the doctor. I called about being a new patient and needed an initial routine colonoscopy screening. The girl who answered the phone said that I would be seen first by one of the doctor's 2 nurse practitioners. If you were ever concerned about having a colonoscopy don’t be ! Dr Wegner and his amazing nursing staff ensure you are comfortable and get the best care from the moment you walk in. The procedure is seamless. Additionally he and his team took excellent care of my husband and identified his CDIF where our GP couldn’t. Thanks to Dr Wegner and his team my husband received the right treatment .
Staff very friendly and helpful except the receptionist, she’s very Rude, when you are in front desk you need to be helpful and don’t ignore when patient needs information.
Seems nice at first but as soon as you offer another possible reason for symptoms he tells you that you’re not making any sense and that he is right because he has “23 years of experience.” He does not listen and will order things for you just to shut you up.
This doctor performed my two last colonoscopies. He was courteous, transparent and quick giving the results. I felt comfortable with him
Ah yes, the good old machines where no one ever gets back to you. Trying to deal with this office is impossible. Stay away and save yourself a lot of grief. Trust me.
