Dr. Mintz was abrasive with my son. He handled him harshly when examining his eyes. He spoke in an elevated voice and used a very harsh tone with my son. He addressed questions directed to a child of 6 years old that were above his level of comprehension and when I told him to address me, I was ignored! I was astounded how a pediatrician would treat a child of 6 yrs old. My son was fearful and extremely upset when leaving his office.
