I have been calling for four days straight to cancel my appointment Thursday and they never pick up- I've left multiple messages via voicemail and never hear back- veryunprofessional.
Pleasant office staff but I was unimpressed with Doctor Howard. He seemed a bit rushed and impatient, brushing off my questions and concerns as if it wasn't worth his time to explain. My humble advice to the good doctor is to listen to your patient's concerns. Cheers
I have been seeing Dr. Leitner for a good 5 years. She has been very compassionate and up-front in that time. Just recently I was introduced with a health concern and she provided me with knowledge and help. I recommend this practice .
I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor as with mark pearlmutter. Told me in the morning he was going to do a procedure on a kidney stone and not to eat. Later that day he had nurse tell me he went home and I could eat. Caused me to be in the hospital 4 extra days. Total lack of concern for patients. Stay away!!!!
