We were 4 1/2 hours away from the area we were trying to buy in, and homes were going so fast, we couldn't get there before they sold! Wendy knew exactly what we were looking for, and when she saw one come up she thought we'd like, she did a "Facetime walk-through" and we bought it, sight unseen! But we trusted Wendy, and it was even better, in person! My husband is a bit obsessive, and we had a zillion questions, and she was patient and went the extra mile for us.
