Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Yes, they informed me about child safety and nutrition Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
