Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever.

Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They exceeded my expectations Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
