mold everywhere, barefoot and not masks “sanitizing” the rooms. Untruthful front desk workers. Not a safe environment.

Our experience was very good. Clean rooms and the front service people were very nice and they were wearing their mask like we had to do while we were in the front. The house keeping was so nice and helpful especially the supervisor of the housekeeping. Second time we been their and we had a good experience. They made our 29th Anniversary. Thank You

I didn’t get the room I paid for I paid for 2 queen beds I got doubles. Not only that is the front desk refused to put masks on even though they were telling other people that they had to wear a mask. It needs to be all around. And the front desk staff was rude!
I do not recommend , I had a bad experience. I booked before the storm only because it was advertised as free cancellation, which was a scam. Because even with 48 hr notice they would not honor a refund. We decided to make the most of it, but the room had the view of the parking lot and a dirty carpet. When asked for another option we were told there was partial and gulf view available for a price, we decided to take it. The rooms are filthy. I can see the dirt on the walls.
Toasted Monkey restaurant at the beach/pool is the best! ❤️

Our room was roomy & clean (w/the exception of the AC filter which I took care of in like 5 minutes) staff was friendly & helpful. Short walk to the beach & restaurants.
