We have stayed here a few times I didn't have a problem the first few times because I was in the rooms across from the pool and the staff was friendly and helpful but the last 2 times we stayed here I couldn't even stay I immediately left the rooms at the back behind the building omg AWFUL! they were tiny and old outdated and REAK OF CIGARETTES 🤢 and the TV wouldn't work
Fri Nov 21-Sat Nov 23 2025 Front desk staff was kind, helpful and generous. We stayed in room 123. The room smelt clean the min we walked in. The beds were very, very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. We used the large spa bath and it was very relaxing. (Controls on wall beside hair dryer. Nice soap, shampoo and conditioner.) It had Roko tv with HDMI port. We requested a fridge and they supplied one before we arrived with no charge. Bare minimum room. No frige no microwave. Ima secret shopper paid to come and review publicly and to franchise office. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED WIFI.. cheap unprofessional and unfriendly. They say it's 55 a night but you get charged at lest $68. Then 89 on weekends. I was also charged for parking the first 3 nights and then was laughed at when I extended and tried to pay for more parking. I was told that's not a thing.
