I had booked the reservation online. Pulled into the microscopic parking lot and found, not a hotel facade, but a building with two businesses. Tried to check in. I only say tried because I was not provided a room. I was instead referred to the Baymont down the street. When I asked if I could have the room I booked, the response was, "You'll like the Baymont better." Seriously?
