Everyone was nice I wish you had a fridge in the room is my only problem
While I requested a nonsmoking room, the room reeked of smoke as did the hallways of the 3rd floor which was supposed to be nonsmoking. When I complained about it after I left, I was told that the room smelled fine. I shared a photo of an ashtray that was in the room and was told by the manager that I could have taken that photo off the internet. So much for the customer is always right!
