Excellent doctor/terrible receptionists/management. Over the years office keeps submitting fraudulent, incorrect procedure codes and collects payments for services which were not performed. It takes months and numerous calls to work with Insurance provider to resolve the issue. Meanwhile office keep sending collection agencies threats. Examine carefully explanation of benefits!
Doctor is great but office staff is horrible. I called for an appointment because I have hives all over and the girl said it would be a long time for an appt. because I wasn’t there for awhile. I explained I have been getting treatment for cancer and that is why I haven’t been there. I said I feel it is an emergency and she said why do I think that and would not schedule it for months.
He can comfort you if you are scared. Very gentle doctor. Had my malinvasive surgery he explained everything on the way as well as aftercare. I love the clinic and the way staff is. Everyone is so welcoming.
