I had a filling come out on Mermorial Day. So, Tues morning I called and they got me in on Wed. Not only did they get my tooth fixed, but, they had an opening for a cleaning and did that for me while I was there so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. The staff there is awesome! They are very friendly and make you feel right at home. And the doctor, even though he is young, is a very talented dentist. He never hurts me.

Been a couple of months ago and getting notices in the mail about account not paid, after they already told me I will not receive another letter, now I get one saying I'm going to collections. Went into office and they claim the dentist isn't registered on the network yet. How long does it take to register? Also if he isn't they need to fix it were the customer doesn't get threatening letters.
Everyone is nice from the time you enter and check in, until the time you leave. The doctor is reassuring me that my next appointment will go well. I have an anxiety from a previous dentist.
The staff at Howard Family Dental are awesome!! I went for a cleaning and I just loved Gina and Kendra.
