Literally everyone here is amazing! They’re so kind and love going here in the morning when I have appointments. Before my teeth and gums were awful but here they’ve helped me get them back on track and I smile a lot more with my teeth than I used to!
My 8 year old daughter is terrified of the dentist. Recently she needed a filling and I could not be more pleased with how Dr. Merritt treated her. He was very kind and patient with her and I am just so happy it was a smooth appointment. The staff is great and I tell everyone how awesome the clinic is.
You would think a clinic would be honest when asked if they take your insurance, NOPE now we're on the hook for more than $3000 of work because someone in the office lied to my husband and said our insurance was fine (we've already paid them $1000) Recommend them??? NOPE I plan on calling the police to report them. Maybe they should try HONESTY to improve their business.
Amazingggggggg! Thank you so much to the workers at this dental office. I chipped my front tooth 2 days before my best friends wedding and Hinesville Howard Dental got me in the morning I called and fixed the day I went in. Quick, gentle and no problems at all. Total eye candy during the whole thing😂😍 Very professional and caring crew though. Highly recommend!!! So happy to not be chippy 😇😇
We've been patients at Howard Family Dental for 7 years. Today was our last routine visit. I'm gonna miss Jonathan & Brandy! You guys are the best! Everything has always been easy: scheduling appointments, insurance, service & after care.
I hate having my gums counted and if you tell them you don't want your gums counted they will give you a hard time. It's my teeth, my health and my life. If I only want a teeth cleaning then clean them! Also, the last time I visited their office the dentist told me that if I didn't get my wisdom teeth taken out, that I would be begging him to remove them! First of all, I'm not a dog and I don't beg! Second, my wisdom teeth still don't hurt and if they do I won't be going back to Howard Family Dental.
I love everything about this office. Dr. Merritt is the best, and so is the staff. I used to be someone who absolutely dreaded going to the dentist, and now I don't mind it so much anymore. I just had two crowns done yesterday, and I am doing so much better than I expected. I will be sad to leave this office when we move next year. Thank you Dr. Merritt and staff!
