I absolutely adore Ms. Erika! She is an excellent provider. She knows her stuff. No matter what question I had, she had an expert answer to explain. No guessing and maybes with her. I was also able to connect with her as a woman, not just provider to patient. I will definitely add her to my care team over the last 2 GYNs I have seen in the past. The office is very clean. I hadn't been to a GYN in a couple of years due to 2 really bad experiences with routine annual exams at my last practicioner. I had a lot of anxiety going into this appointment. I saw all the great reviews of this office and decided to give them a try. Not only were they more thorough, friendly, and relaxed, but the same exact procedure that had caused me extreme pain, cramping, and bleeding afterwards was barely even felt this time. I was pleased with my telemedicine visit; the provider was attentive and detailed with her explanation of my concerns; her level of compassion and professionalism was top notch; she was also flexible and willing to pivot seamlessly when the technology was not cooperating on my end!
All staff members were extremely friendly and made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. I have been recommending the Howard Center to all of my friends and co-workers!
