I came in town from Chicago to visit my sister. April 19th is her birthday, so we took my sister to Houstons to celebrate her birthday. We, my daughter and I chose this place because my sister frequents this place all the time and she said the food was good. We arrived around 9 pm. Seated fairly quickly and drink orders came quickly. The ribeye and chard were amazing. I usually go to Mr, Johns, but don't regret trying Houstons.
Just ordered drinks at the bar and listened to live music. Had a Manhattan that was yummy! Music and service were great.
Great food, service, and atmosphere.... Make for the perfect dining experience!
Was extremely happy with the service, sat at the bar, the bartender was very engaging made good drinks I thought about telling them not to marinate my stake in pineapple juice and some other stuff, but I thought let's let's see what it's like , pineapple works for pizza does not work with steak one of the worst ribeyes I think I've ever had my entire life
