At Hillstone, we work closely with local vendors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard. The pork chop was excellent and so was the service.
The very best service, the best food (and I'm a foodie in New Orleans). I don't know how they get it so right here, but they do. 😍

I had an excellent experience. Had a quick 10 minute wait and then taken to my table. Once I sat down the server was there within 1 minute to take my drink and appetizer order. The Moscato was delicious! The Hawaiian Ribeye was unbelievable and the live jazz was off the chain! When in New Orleans he uptown to Houston's for a delicious experience. Truly A Fan, Daryl R.
Tonight me and the spouse celebrated our anniversary.. our first date was at houstons they were able to not only give us the exact same booth but an amazing server Allison!! She really made our night !! I really hope the bosses read this because she went about and beyond! Most working parents don't get many nights out to celebrate and I can't get over how personable this establishment was able to be tonight!! If u go to Houstons on st Charles ask for Allison!!!!!
Can't beat the Hawaiian Ribeye, spinach dip and service!!!🙌🏼
Service was great but always the prime rib is my favorite and delicious �
