Must have been and off month. Fist off the lady taking down names for waiting guest seemed clueless as to who arrived first amd as a result several families wrre seated before others and I witnessed two families leave over that incident. Second the service was extremely slow and food came out charred and cold all at the same time! We asked for manager but one never came. Sadly I sent my food back and ate just a side salad and left hungry. Verh disappointed !!!
Manager was rude and unprofessional. Will be spending $200 family dinners some place else from now on. Food was small portions and smelled rotten when it was served. Who serves old spoiled fish them argues with the customer rather than replace it?
Wow!!! All I can say is pathetic don't waste your time or money here. Steaks were burnt sent back and then served rare and cold. I ordered medium as I always do and got well done!! The manager Linsey should be fired in my opinion. She looked like a cook acting as a manger and offered no apologies or explanations. The wait was over 1 hour and I heard some family complain and actually left after others were being seated before them. What a shame I will stick with Ruth Chris.

We went there 4 the lump crab cakes & was told it was not on the lunch menu. Could not understand this, on a Good Friday & lent season. Asked 4 a side of cream spinach w/my Hawaiian steak, was told it would b a $6 up charge. Took a while b4 the waitress came back 2 the table after we were told no crab cakes until after 4:30pm, then she seem like she was agitated when we asked 4 separate checks, which she should have asked about beforehand. Enjoyed the steak and my mother enjoyed the shrimp salad & her oyster St. Charles.
