At Hillstone, we work closely with local vendors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the ribeye - it was so juicy and tender. My sister had the crab cakes - this was the first time she’s ever had them and she really enjoyed them. My mom had the shrimp. We had a seafood cocktail appetizer. The atmosphere was beautiful. The Jazz music 🎼 divine.
