At Hillstone, we work closely with local vendors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard. We proudly serve hand-selected Allen Brothers Beef and ground the chuck each morning for our burgers. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

RecommendedMy husband and I dined in Sunday night. Food and drinks were great! We were really confused about who was waiting on us but I definitely can appreciate the teamwork. We will be back the next time we visit!
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere
Enjoyed my dinner; the waitress Demi was exceptionally informative and friendly. One of my favorite places to dine. The food was superb!!! Smoked salmon appetizer and the Hawaiian Ribeye are my signature favorites!!!! 10 stars

Horrible Experience... Patrick Winkles (so called manager) was very unprofessional. I felt discriminated against😡 i pay for the service i want!! The steak tasted horrible and was burnt. he wouldn’t take it back. Unheard of Patrick! What happen to customer service?? 😤
