I celebrated my birthday at Houston's last night. They made me feel very special and went out of there way to make sure all of my friends were happy and enjoying themselves. The food & service is always top rated. I would recommend Houston's in Boca to anyone looking for a great restaurant. Thanks for making my birthday special.
On Tuesday, we went to Houston's to celebrate with my family for my birthday. Upon arriving after already having called and finding out there was no wait, I was advised by the hostess that they no longer provided high chairs or booster seats!! WTF??? RecommendedWe went Sunday night, March 8th and the food was wonderful. HOWEVER, even better was the service! The team of servers were just THAT "a team". The manager should be recognized for leading star quality staff who help one another. It was evident that the staff members enjoy their jobs. The littlest details were not forgotten at all. We appreciate the happy service and the presentation of the food was beautiful. Thank you to the manager and her team.
I absolutely love Houston’s and have been eating there for over 20 years. I’ve watched the prices increase while portion sizes decreased. I get it, I really do. However, this last visit over the weekend was pathetic and will definitely be my last. The portion sizes do not match the price in my opinion. I don’t even eat much.... I have yet to finish a veggie burger in one sitting. My husband had the salmon ($28) and I had “my” veggie burger. ($18). Please see the portion sizes of the side items and decide for yourself.
