We have dinner at this Houstons every Valentines. Just our little tradition the last 4 years. Yesterday was just exceptional service. We always look forward to the spinach dip (which is by far the greatest we've ever had) and the waiters walking by noticed we were getting low on chips and just approached our table with more, in perfect timing, without us saying a word. Everything was excellent! BUT I was a bit disappointed after lunch and a bottle of wine 🍷 my friend and I decided to have another drink 🍹 at the bar. Upon seating we were informed there was a wait for the bar and were asked to put our names on a waiting list... this is 2:30 in the afternoon what happened to first come first serve at the bar. We made our reservations for lunch... seems odd for the bar :(
