So much disappointment. In the start was almost a 5 star worthy but a company that doesn’t not care for the customer when something goes wrong or accept their mistakes and have dishonest employees makes this a one star.
The Company is True to it's word. The Product works fantastic and you can truly feel the results. Also the personel did an awesome job educating us on how hard water affects house and body, filtration process, basic maintenance, service calls, safety features, and what to expect with the product. They also give great deal packages on household products you can't get anywhere else. It's worth the pay.
