Prompt service, extremely courteous, seemed knowledgeable, and gave a fair price! I will definitely use them again. Frankly the few 1-star reviews here are so incredibly discongruent with the other 5 star reviews and my own experience, I think they must be reviewing the wrong company.

Obviously, we were pleased with all aspects of their timely and professional service or we would not have continued to put faith in them. We have referred other, discriminating, Sub Zero owners to them and they were also highly pleased with Houston Sub Zero Repairs' services. We only use top quality service people and these folks are top quality!
