Just wanted to say this company is really amazing, so professional and caring of others. My fridge and wine cooler went down on me and they come in and repair both within hours. They had all the parts they needed on the van and was so professional and courteous to my home! I highly recommend this company!
I called them and they came out super fast and the guys are so nice. They walked in with all the tools and even a step stool and got right to it. They found the problem right down to the part and checked other parts to follow. Fixed and done in no time. This company will be my sub zero go to. Thank you!!
Great service, repaired my subzero refrigerator. Freezer was fine refrigerator side was not cooling, technician came in time frame diagnosed the refrigerator and was able to make the repair the same day. Would highly recommend their repair service.
Highly recommend! Chris was great to work with. He was so honest by telling me how to try to unclog the drain. I hope to remedy without a service call. He spent about 10 minutes walking me through the steps to fix. Need to make a trip to store to purchase can of air. Would definitely recommend using this company if your SubZero needs repair.
