Scheduled new patient appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Lambert, 8 AUG 23 for my son and myself for 18 and 19 OCT 23 - several weeks in advance, this was the first available appointments for both of us. My son had a school conflict that we had no way of knowing about weeks ago, and I thought I had a reasonable request to swap our appointments this week so we could avoid the conflict. I have been with Dr. Lambert since I was 15 yrs old. He had his own practice for years and is a wonderful doctor. He joined Methodist and, in my opinion, made it better. I am giving 5 stars to him and his staff. The staff here has always been good. I'm not sure why other reviews are so negative, perhaps just a bad day? However, I have nothing good to say about Methodist hospital at the Woodlands and would still like to sue the doctor and hospital there in civil court for my time, pain and suffering that dismissed me with no ... read more
I have always had great experiences with this office
If there was a zero star I would give it to this group. I took a day off for an appointment I scheduled last month with Dr Gray, Filled out paperwork online including COVID19 screening. Followed protocol, texed office when I arrived 11:02am, waited in the car, no response, texed again 11:04am, no response, still waiting I got a call about 11:26, was told to come in finally.
