Several years ago I was very dissatisfied with my vet and although I didn't know anything about him, I took a chance on Dr. Henke. I was very impressed on my first visit. I found him, as well as his entire staff to be accessible, caring, gentle, friendly, honest, thorough and extremely competent. Love Houston Lake Animal Hospital! My dog is very nervous and scared when it comes to the vet and the staff is so loving and understanding with him. I would definitely recommend them!
I've taken my dogs to Dr Henke for a few years now, I have also called him out of hours for emergencies, and asked him to see my foster pups, one who's life he saved. I can't recommend him highly enough. The most important thing to say about your vet is that you trust him. And I trust him 100%. He's never let me or my dogs down.
The staff are very caring. Dr. Henke is great with my dogs. I recommend Houston Lake Animal Hospital to everyone.
