RecommendedBest vet and staff in town !!!!
Dr. Henke and the entire staff have been amazing! from when we had our sweet Lucy Grace died, who had addisons disease about 9 years ago to several pets over the years and he is currently treating our 5yr old daughter 12 week old puppy Rylee (basset hound) who is stable but critical condition after severe head and neck trauma from sort of animal attack (still not sure what happened). from the receptionist, to the tech and Dr. henke, they are all amazing!!! would def recommend this office to anyone!!

This was my first visit. I got to the office very early and was immediately placed in a room. I did wait a little ( but I was early). He apologized for the wait and took so much time with me and my babies. I never felt rushed or scooted out the door. My rather anxious dog did amazing with the staff. Not only did the doctor prescribe some meds to help with my baby but a staff member called around to find the best pricing and called me later!!! I must say I'm impressed! We have found a new home.
had an awesome experience with our kitty! We had to keep the cat over night to try & get a urine sample & they kept him no extra charge. Dr. McGraw took awesome care & listened & took the time to figure out what was wrong. The front desk was also great- super sweet & loved on the kitty to keep him happy. Highly recommend!!
Every time we visit we are treated like family including the most important family member our dog. This place gives great treatment to my pet. I won’t go anywhere else in this area. You know what they say... if you love your work it’s not a job. This clearly radiates from the staff at Houston Lake Animal Hospital. Lulu loves you guys!
Dr. Henke went above and beyond to help our bassett, Watson. I couldn't have asked for a better vet. The office has called a few times to check on him. I would high recommend these wonderful people to anyone and everyone.
Dr. Henke went above and beyond for us over the last 2 weeks. He seemed to genuinely care about me and my sweet Rosco. He was very informative, and helped me understand all of my options. Kim was also super helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and loved on my sweet baby while he was there for testing. Thank you for helping us make a very tough decision, and being very considerate of our feelings through the euthanasia process.
Thank you so much for the warm welcome of our new puppy Tucker! Everyone in the office is extremely nice and so helpful! I highly recommend Dr. Henke and his staff!!!
