Very rude and condescending over the phone. They just didn't want to help whatsoever.

Technician was on time and he found the issue with the Hobart oven right away. He was able to replace the part since he came in ready with parts in the truck. Repair process took no longer than one hour. Repair cost was affordable. I highly recommend.
