Very happy! Not only did we get same day appointment, but our technician came early as well which was fine. Very professional, nice and knowledgeable with our GE freezer. I highly recommend!

They missed six appointments. SIX. Then had the audacity to charge me.
These people are ridiculous! Why should I have to pay for repairs on a new refrigerator that’s still under warranty?! I had my refrigerator installed November 8th, it’s a month later and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
nice ge repair company they let me pay with my mastercard over the phone and took care of coordinating with tenants to set up the repair time at one of my rental properties. So glad they responded quickly because it was their GE Monogram refrigerator. thanks
